Mohegan Lake Veterinary Hospital is a small animal general practice located in upper Westchester County. Founded in 1991, it serves a very friendly clientele. The hospital has been thoroughly modernized, including digital radiology, in-house ultrasound, a modern surgical suite, and electronic medical records.

• A positive, high-energy person who’s always willing to help

• 2+ year(s) experience working as a receptionist
• Comfortable around all types of animals
• Someone with exceptional communication and customer service skills
• Open to feedback with a desire to grow professionally
• Able to lift 50 lbs

What You'll Do

Every day, you'll keep clients happy and keep the practice running smoothly.

• Greet patients and their humans
• Answer the phones
• Check out clients
• Paperwork
• Handle appointment scheduling, confirmation, and call-backs
• Clean exam rooms and treatment areas, and stock them with supplies
• Dispense medications with doctor orders
